Azile, I feel for you and your brother and the situation he was in. Yes its true that life is filled with varying circumstances that can test one's faith, your brother's predicament is definitely a good example, as you point out to us.

And your response to his question, is in my opinion, very altruistic, and positive reinforcing.

Yes, I so completely agree with your remarks. "Don't stop praying."

There are times that we are discouraged either by physical attributes, due to some kind of failure, a lacking in something, or even in an accident or loss, but instead of giving up and lingering on the fact, one should look optimistically to the future, and at the same time, TRUST in GOD.

You see, it is in our weakest moments, our most sublime moments that we can truly feel HIS presence and are reminded of our own innate mortality and finity. We are reminded that though as much as we like to organize our lives, our plans, our works, our deeds, our thoughts, we are never really in control. And that I can attest to, personally.
But what one should do--is to put TRUST in GOD.

It builds firm faith, and faith builds wonders, and through our faith, comes our prayers. And our prayers, rise like incense before the Tabernacle of the Most High. I do guarantee you this.

The Lord God may not answer our prayers according to our expectations, at times, and and sometimes he may not aswer it or provide a response according to our times, but HE does answer and appropriates a response according to HIS own time. According to HIS purpose and HIS will. And HIS WILL BE DONE.

Your brother must remember that life is precious.
Pray and heal. Heal and pray. All is the same, really.

Just have faith. God will provide.

And God Bless you, Azile. May our Lord strengthen you and sustain you.
Your family and your life.

Take care of yourself, friend.

Azile, remember this message lang:

When one prays, if dili mo respond ang Ginoo immediately sa atong giampo, that does not mean He ignored us. It just means that HIS plans will proceed in HIS time. Pray hard, pray long, and most of all, always Trust in HIM.

When you think you are alone, that is when He is so close to you.
He knows us when we wake up,
knows what we are thinking,
even before we usher a word, or begin a prayer,
He already knows what we are going to say, ask, and recount.

He knows when our days are bad, good, fine, average, okayralang.

But most of all, He knows when we Trust in HIM.

Because you see--that is what builds a strong and loving relationship with Our God.
It is a simple thing. TRUST. Trust in HIM, in all our ways, all our accomplishments, failures, shortcomings, successes, etc. TRUST.

God Bless You.
Always, God Bless You.
We are praying for your brother and his situation.
May GOD'S WILL BE DONE.

Thank for understanding my plight right now,i know he is down with his faith and trust so a little console from a stranger is a big boast to him, he really  hit bottom that suicide is the only way for him to get out. Mao positive support and talking faith is really help him  in any way. Salamat, and May God Bless you and your family.

Azile,

I could not help but read your response to Angie regarding your brother being down in the faith right now and that he is considering suicide.

I want you to tell him this for me, a message lang from me to him:

Dear Igsoon,
I know that there are times in our lives that we might feel down in the dumps, when everything seems not to go according to plan, when all we do seems to falter or is in constant hold. I understand your situation, I feel for it, Lord Knows I have gone through hard times in my own life, in fact, we all have gone through hard times in life.

However, However, and I repeat again, HOWEVER, that is no excuse for us to give up on this precious gift that has been given to us by God. This gift is called Life.

It is a one time deal, my friend, a one time chance that we have here in this good Green Earth. It is in the most difficult of times, igsoon, that we must not give up or give in to the temptation of the 'Easy Way Out.' Ayaw jud ka think of that.

Be strong, and heal. Rest and heal.

There is a time and place for things, by God's Grace, you will be better. Dont you give up, you hear?

----

Azile, I would recommend that you tell your brother to start reading Scripture.
Trust me, it helps.

God Bless you and your family.

Brother Azile,

God Bless you for your passion and your love of your brother and to encourage him. God Bless your brother, so that he will be justified in all that he does, through the Mercies and Merits of Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior. Who IS our Light, And Salvation.

Know that your bro is in our prayers.
Thank you, for caring for your brother and bringing this to us.
Let us, as brothers and sisters, bring this to the Throne of The Lord God.

Your message to me, reminded me and reminds all of US:

"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort that we ourselves have received from God."
--2 Corinthians 1: 3-4

:)

Yours In Christ,
Lorenzo
