Oceanjet service sucks bigtime.

Can you imagine being stucked for 4 hours in the port terminal waiting for your departure only to learn in the last minute that it's been delayed for 2 hours?
That's what I endured last Sunday when me and my family went home after spending christmas in Bohol. Arrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhh!!!.

2 weeks ago nakasuway pod tawn ko aning gubaon nila nga barko 2 hours kapin
nadelay kay naay guba sa makina, naa unta libre wifi pero sa makatiming lang og connect

Yeah, Oceanjet is not customer-friendly. Also, beware of its corrupt porters in Cebu, not in Bohol. Porters in Bohol are good and honest.

I took ocean jet from bohol to cebu, had no problems. it was from cebu to bohol that we had to wait.

porters from cebu and bohol both charged 100 for 1 big bag ang 1 sack of rice. the only difference is that the cebu porter keep the money for him while the bohol porter shared it with his colleauges. bohol porters i believe keep all the money in a box and divided it equally among themselves at days end.

everytime i go home (HK-Cebu), ako gyud problema ang mga porters sa cebu .. kanang mutimbang sa imong bags kay they will ask for money. when i asked me, i told them i need a receipt. no receipt, sorry nalang but they insisted so what i did was i went to the customer service and asked them if they can provide a receipt but the customer service told me nga kung dli excess baggage, walay bayad daw.... so from that time on, bungol2x na ko......

I changed my tactic to avoid this hassle in pantalan, I simply book my flight Mla-Tagbilaran.

kanang tigtimbang diha sa checkin sa oceanjet wala jud na bayad kay naa man alloted free ang each passengers which i think 15 kgs per passenger. kung molapas naka sa ana nga weight naa na sila charge. ila man na gisweldohan ang mga porters labi na kanang nag uniform that bears the oceanjet name. maong angay dili hatagan pero kanang mao nay moalsa gikan sa barko paingon sa gawas mao nay mangayo ug 100.
