Murag daghan man nato diri nga nag resolution ug mag exercise,magdiet ug uban pa after new year. Please update us bahin sa inyong improvement ug ing stick ba jud mo sa plan?
Ako so far I lost almost 6 pounds in two weeks. Ug magpadayon ko aning akong Cardio exercise which I'm glad my kids always there to remind me nga Mommy it;s time to exercise now. Kinsay di maniwang nga sayaw sayaw mo unya akong mga anak in the middle of dancing magpa alsa alsa.hehhehe kanang lupad lupad bitaw. Wala na sad ko mokaon kaayo ug rice once a day nalang. Buntag akong kan on fruits udto green leaves ug sud an ug sundon ni nga paagi sa atua nga kaon dili jud kas ug bugas labi na ang i substitute nimo sa rice lettuce ba ron or spinach I guarantee you perti ka busog jud dili ka gutmon dayon. Unya inig ka gabii rice kung mahimo avoid mo sa white rice nindot ang brown or katong pula nga rice mao na akong tigkaon na.
Overall I feel good about myself. Medyo nahilis na akong belly fats.

my weight stays the same but i lost some inches,,,hmmm few inches. as you know what i do. im still doing it. diet alone doesnt work. we've got to move out booty!

I've lost 10 lbs since December 15, 2009.

My goal is to trim down another 30-40 lbs by May-June, 2010.

My year's goal is to be back to my high school weight. By December 31, 2010, I'd like to be 150-160lbs again.

I want to reduce my FBS level from 10.89 to 5, and my blood pressure from 160/90 to 130/80.
I want to be more healthy as I grow older.

Mr. Daray,

My advice to you (only because I take this advice myself) is to eat alot of fiber. Eat alot of lettuce, cellery, bakchoy, cabbage. As this helps in raising your HDL and at the same time lowers your LDL levels. This is coincidental with raising cardiovascular health.

To help in reducing your high BP levels, I will advice you stay away from black caffeinated coffee. Stay away from excessive fatty food. Limit your pork, beef intake. Limit your fried food intake. Limit salt intake.

Drink alot of fluid (water).

Exercise daily. Even for only 30minutes to an hour. Walking helps.

As for myself, I have taken a pro-chicken stance. My protein intake is mainly chicken and fish. I limit pork and beef intake to as minimum as possible.

Alot of greens: lettuce, romano tomatoes, carrots, celery and okra.

For 3 weeks now, I have been rice-free. :)

Remember that Rice is filled with glucose, glycogen. And in glycogenolysis..which is the break up of glycogen..this is converted into sugar. So for all those who are diabetic...this is contra indicated. he he he he ;D
