My advice to you (only because I take this advice myself) is to eat alot of fiber. Eat alot of lettuce, cellery, bakchoy, cabbage. As this helps in raising your HDL and at the same time lowers your LDL levels. This is coincidental with raising cardiovascular health.
To help in reducing your high BP levels, I will advice you stay away from black caffeinated coffee. Stay away from excessive fatty food. Limit your pork, beef intake. Limit your fried food intake. Limit salt intake.
Drink alot of fluid (water).
Exercise daily. Even for only 30minutes to an hour. Walking helps.
