how self-engrossed.  ikaw sakitan pero wa kay tagad unsay epekto sa imong mga claims sa imong posts, those threats, boasts, and barely dressed women?  how else would you want to be called, a hero?

kay ni-react ko adversely sa imong mga cut-and-paste girls nga ikalit lang nimog bansiwag bisag asa nga thread, imo pa hinoong samtan?  don't expect to be called a genius, old miserable man.

I'm so sorry for your loss Fr. Chic... let me offer this

Bless those who mourn, eternal God,
with the comfort of your love
that they may face each new day with hope
and the certainty that nothing can destroy
the good that has been given. May their memories become joyful,
their days enriched with friendship,
and their lives encircled by your love.

Amen.

:'(

Salamat. We just met 2-3 weeks ago

Very sad. One of our friends sa facebook nibakasyon sa Bohol last Thursday from NY only wa momata gahapon Sunday (RP time). Na comatose sud sa iyang hotel then ganina nabalitaan na lang nako nga na game over na. Nuuli na siya sa Ginoo after 2 days lang sa Bohol :(

I'm sorry to hear of your friend's passing, Fr. Roel. I will include your friend in my intentions for today. Sometimes, we wonder why things happen to us and to our friends , but it is not our question to asky why these things happen, but sometimes, we should pray for the Grace to accept the things we cannot change. And pray to accept God's mercy. May God have mercy on the soul of the recently departed, and grant strength and comfort to friends and family.

We find comfort in knowing that death is not the end, but only marks the beginning. Death may be the end of our mortal life, this we call our pilgrimage, but is only the beginning. If we believe in the resurrection of the body and soul, and entrust ourself to the promises of Christ and in His mercy, then we do not fear death.

We are reminded that Christ is the Way, the Truth and the LIFE. Whoever believes in Him and tho he or she may die, he or she will Live. Remember this my friends that Our LORD JESUS CHRIST is the Truth, the Way and the Life. Even tho we may die, we will surely live forever in Heaven.

And what beauty it will be to awaken...and to see the Face of God...

May God bless all of us and forgive all of us our sins and our transgressions. May we also be enkindled to forgive each other who may trespass against us. And pledge to refrain from every inclination to sin.

Nakaka-iyak isipin na ang mga mabababang ranko ng kasundaluhan natin ay nakakaranas ng ganitong situasyon.

Got back from a 16 hour shift last night. I got home at 5 am. I was so so so tired, that i had to stop by a local car wash's parking lot and slept in my car for 2 hours to nap. Di nako kaya to drive back from hospital, so i had to stop by. Went home, and now , getting ready for another shift.

You know what? What's also weird is that i'm thinking about her again. Why does she always come back to my mind?

Relationships are truly unique. You build it with the other person, surround it with love, sometimes some fights arise. There is an overall sense of longing to maintain it, to build it, strengthen it. But when it does end, it takes a toll on one's heart.

I dislike how i am affected by thoughts of her , even after the allotted time has passed by.

I wonder if she even thinks of me as I do of her. :'(   :o

You know what? What's also weird is that i'm thinking about her again. Why does she always come back to my mind?

:-[

she will fade away slowly, in your heart and in your mind, as you may know.  (and congratulations!  you did not selfishly jump from one relationship to another just to save yourself the heartaches.  that's courage.) :)

sakit kaayo, tita. only because i have been with her for 4 years, i wanted to be with her. this was, honestly, the longest relationship i have been in and the most vested. i gave all of myself to this woman, to the point of na exhausted na ko because no matter what she wanted, i would give. but still, mo awayaway gehapon.

i did not have the strength to let go of the relationship until couple of months ago when i visited the basilica of mary, help of christians in holy hill, wisconsin. the load of burden was removed, but , the feeling of longing is still there. natural ra man pod segoro ni nga mo mingaw ta sa atong old love.

i am shying away from relationships right now, mag focus sa ko sa ahoang profession. that and i want to build a more prayerful life. sometimes, i realize that sexual urges and sexuality tends to drive men and their thoughts. as a sinner, i will not deny that these thoughts also enter my mind and am tempted very much to give in to these urges. lisod baya. honestly tho, i want to refrain from physical relationship until the proper time. as hard as it is right now in terms of the heart (ma mingaw man god ko, and yes, unfortunately, i am the very sentimental guy type), ampo lang ko tagaan ko'g strength from our lady of perpetual help as i focus on my profession.

i am, now, openly discerning a life of holy order. i'll leave it all to god.

please pray for me tita. i am but a weak man.

you're always included in my prayer intentions, lorenz.  sometimes, the intention consists only of 4 words---have mercy on him.

everything that you've shared in the preceding post is everything normal for a young man, most especially a young man on a roller-coaster ride towards a very demanding profession.  glad that you continue to be gentle with yourself.

you will find her.  she will come like a thief in the night... and she will find you.
