I would only say, Merry Christmas!  The holiday is in celebration, more specifically for Jesus Christ's coming to the world thru Mary, thus it's Christmas.

For me ha,,,Christmas is a traditional way of remembering our Lord Jesus Christ who was born in a winter time...specifically the  bible did not tell us that he was born on  december 25,,its only saying winter time..nobody knows until  roman catholic made that day december 25 supported with a lot of  priest...until  Martin Luther revealed the secret to the  Public..As  what  he read the  passage  of Christ"The truth will seth you  Free".
For me being  a backslide  christian ,,its  so hurt  for me but i dont know now.????..but i always holding the  promise of God as he says"I will never leave you  nor forsake you".
Christian =means followers of  christ...Christmas is not only  one day it means everyday walking towards God, if you really knows whats the true meaning  of  Christmas..Give love  on every day not  only today...
The word Merry Christmas=means you only celebrate only a single day but  for  a real  christians they celebrate every day ....and i wont say happy holiday because i dont have a holiday here..hahahhahahahaha...i work 12 hours a day 7 days a week...365 days a year.
