Who was the first man to become dead in their sin and hostile towards God ?
Answer: Adam
According to Calvinists then, Adam, the first to become totally depraved, should not have been able to believe in the spiritual things and truth of God's word.... CORRECT
BUT, ON THE CONTRARY....
While Adam was dead in his sin after the fall, Genesis 3 says this 👇
Then the LORD GOD CALLED TO THE MAN (ADAM WHO IS NOW TOTALLY DEPRAVED AND DEAD IN HIS SIN), and said to him, “Where are you?” He said, “I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid myself.” And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?” The man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me from the tree, and I ate.” THEN THE LORD GOD SAID TO THE WOMAN (WHO IS NOW TOTALLY DEPRAVED AND DEAD IN PERSON), “What is this you have done?” And the woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”

BOTH ADAM AND EVE AFTER THEY SINNED WERE TOTALLY DEPRAVED AND DEAD IN THEIR SIN......
YET, they both responded to God when called (SPOKEN TO)
YET, according to calvinists, totally depraved and dead in their sin men and women cannot respond to God.....
SO WHO DO WE BELIEVE?
Calvinists and their interpretation?
?
Or the word of God through the witness and testimony of Jesus Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit?
IT'S VERY PLAIN AND OBVIOUS....
