Roman Catholic Morning Prayers
« on: May 06, 2011, 04:09:38 AM »

It’s always good upon rising to make the Sign of the Cross (“In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.”) followed by a Morning Offering, like this one below:

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intentions of all my relatives and friends, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father. Amen.

A prayer that I say before work and studies:

Lord,
Bless this day for me, so that i may perform accordingly as is expected. Guide and strengthen this mind, and body of mine so that it may perform. Bless my family and my friends, and most importantly bless those whom i have differences with. Grant me victory today and in other days , grant me strength of will and purpose. I ask this through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.
