Holy Spirit, divine Consoler, I adore You as my true God, with God the Father and God the Son. I adore You and unite myself to the adoration You receive from the angels and saints.

I give You my heart and I offer my ardent thanksgiving for all the grace which You never cease to bestow on me.

O Giver of all supernatural gifts, who filled the soul of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, with such immense favors, I beg You to visit me with Your grace and Your love and to grant me the gift of holy fear, so that it may act on me as a check to prevent me from falling back into my past sins, for which I beg pardon.

Grant me the gift of piety, so that I may serve You for the future with increased fervor, follow with more promptness Your holy inspirations, and observe your divine precepts with greater fidelity.

Grant me the gift of knowledge, so that I may know the things of God and, enlightened by Your holy teaching, may walk, without deviation, in the path of eternal salvation.

Grant me the gift of fortitude, so that I may overcome courageously all the assaults of the devil, and all the dangers of this world which threaten the salvation of my soul.

Grant me the gift of counsel, so that I may choose what is more conducive to my spiritual advancement and may discover the wiles and snares of the tempter.

Grant me the gift of understanding, so that I may apprehend the divine mysteries and by contemplation of heavenly things detach my thoughts and affections from the vain things of this miserable world.

Grant me the gift of wisdom, so that I may rightly direct all my actions, referring them to God as my last end; so that, having loved Him and served Him in this life, I may have the happiness of possessing Him eternally in the next.

Breathe in me, O Holy Spirit, that my thoughts may all be holy.

Act in me, O Holy Spirit, that my work, too, may be holy.

Draw my heart, O Holy Spirit, that I love but what is holy.

Strengthen me, O Holy Spirit, to defend all that is holy.

Guard me, then, O Holy Spirit, that I always may be holy.

I believe in the Most Holy Trinity, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, three persons, one God. I believe that I must love you my God with all my heart, with all my mind, with all my soul and with all my strength , I believe that I must love my neighbour as myself and that I must forgive him. I believe in the ten commandments, I believe in the Holy Scriptures. I believe in you Lord Jesus Christ, you are the Son of the Living God, my God, my Saviour, my Redeemer. I believe that you are the Word of God, who is eternally present with the Father, I believe that you came to the world and became flesh through the Blessed Virgin Mary and that you were conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit. I believe in your Word, I believe in the power of your Gospel, I believe that your words are words of everlasting life. I believe that your Word opens the Kingdom of Heaven in all hearts. I believe that you are the Light of the world and the Way to follow, you are the truth and you are the Life. I believe that every word of your gospel is for me and that I can be moulded by it if I accept it with my heart. I believe that if I keep your Word I will have eternal life, that you and your Father will love me and that you will reveal yourself to me and make a dwelling in me because I am a temple of your Spirit. I believe that if I keep your word , you will accompany me with signs and wonders because you have said so, and that I can do the same things you did because this is your Will.
I believe that you are my personal Saviour and Lord and that you died personally for my sins suffering the greatest torments, I believe that you took upon your crucified body all the sins of humanity, past, present and future and that by your wounds we are healed, by your death we have life, and by your resurrection we live eternally. I believe in your Mercy which is unfathomable, I believe that you drew all humanity to yourself on the cross and that I must come to you to offer the Heavenly Father your sacrifice as the atonement for all sins. I believe in your healing power which is the power of the Resurrection. I believe that after your death you rose again and that you ascended to the Father to intercede for us and to prepare a place for our souls. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of the Father and your Spirit whom you sent on Pentecost to unite us in your mystical body as the Church, I believe that you baptize us with the fire of your Holy Spirit which makes us new creations, true children of God. I believe in the Holy Catholic Church and all its teachings, I believe that the Sacraments are encounters with you and I believe in the infinite power of the Holy Mass which is the unbloody reenactment of your sacrifice in Calvary. I believe that your Will is that we become saints for our Salvation and for your Glory. I believe in the purity and holiness of the Blessed Virgin Mary your Mother, I believe that you have raised Her above all creation, I believe that She is our Mother and that She has great power of intercession to help us and that She has great power over the devil to protect us. I believe in the power of intercession of the saints and I pray that you increase our faith, our trust in you and our charity.

Consecration To The Holy Spirit

O Holy Ghost, divine Spirit of light and love, I consecrate to Thee my intellect, my heart, my will and my whole being for time and for eternity.

May my intellect be ever docile to Thy heavenly inspirations and to the teaching of the Holy Catholic Church of which Thou art the infallible Guide. May my heart be ever inflamed with the love of God and my neighbour; may my will be ever in conformity with the divine will, and may my whole life be a faithful imitation of the life and virtues of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, to whom, with the Father and thee, Holy Spirit, be honour and glory for ever. Amen.

Holy Spirit, powerful Consoler, sacred Bond of the Father and the Son, Hope of the afflicted, descend into my heart and establish in it your loving dominion. Enkindle in my tepid soul the fire of your Love so that I may be wholly subject to you. We believe that when you dwell in us, you also prepare a dwelling for the Father and the Son. Deign, therefore, to come to me, Consoler of abandoned souls, and Protector of the needy. Help the afflicted, strengthen the weak, and support the wavering. Come and purify me. Let no evil desire take possession of me. You love the humble and resist the proud. Come to me, glory of the living, and hope of the dying. Lead me by your grace that I may always be pleasing to you. Amen.
