There's more to this than just what it is.
I tried to imagine how many children did this woman read the bible to in the bus. Let's be conservative and imagine she had two children with her, the one has to sit in the other seat. So then she has to read the bible aloud for her children to hear her well. And imagine the engine running and other passengers chattering too. It must have had annoyed the neighboring passengers to listen to her. I mean, I was just wondering why didn't she read the bible while they were still at home or somewhere else where she couldn't disturb other people. I have nothing against the Holy Bible, for sure, but we also have to be mindful also of the other people. The bus, the last time I know, is a public vehicle, meaning there are other people who may have different belief as we we do have.
If it happened that I was in a bus with Michael Newdow, the atheist, and he was reading to his kids about atheism, oh, I will be so displeased.
Or, I tried to imagine being in a bus to sit closeby to a Buddhist and all the way to my destination, I hear this Buddhist chanting, "Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, nam myoho renge kyo, nam myoho renge kyo," and will go on and on! Oh, I might explode!
What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
