Global warming is a reality. We personally experience too much heat and drought, typhoons and long rainy days, the melting of glacier and floods.  We suffer less harvests, hunger and outbreak of diseases.

This is the Lenten Veil for us to discern and reflect our  responsibility to our natural environment and God´s given gifts. The catholic church is alligning herself to the victims of global warming; the old, the poor , the sick, the marginalized and the unborn children of the next generations
