Ang Panalangin Sa Israel
« on: February 28, 2009, 10:36:22 AM »
Ang uban gisilotan ug nanagamatay tanan ddito sa kamingawan/ Moises, the servant of the Living Do was not spared. He too also died, but tungod sa kaayo sa Ginoo, igo ra  siyang gipatan-aw  niadtong yuta nga gisaad ngadto sa ilang mga katigulangan.

Ezequiel 28: 24 to 26

In my heart and soul, I declare this: GOD Bless all Israel. The People of God.
They are His Chosen People.

We are told:

"Salvation is of the Jews" (John 4:22).  Jesus came to save the Jewish people.  He is still the Messiah of the Jewish people.

(Romans 1:16) says that "It is the power of God unto salvation to the Jew first, then to the Gentile."

The post powerful statement on this topic:

In Genesis 12:1-3, we read, "The Lord has said to Abram, 'Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you and whoever curses you I will curse; and all the peoples on earth will be blessed through you."

Lorenz,

Though, I have read the Bible cover to cover and I am still doing it DAILY early morning and before going to bed, I did not give importance to the line " I will curse those who will curse you:" until the time when you shared something great after I posted "Ang Panalangin  Sa Israel. "  Yes, I Was struck when akong idugtong ang duha ka Basahon sa Kinabuhi.  NAUNSA KARON ANG MGA COUNTRY NGA NAHIMONG MGA KAAWAY SA ISRAEL.

Yes, God is Great.  Sa una it was Goliath, that Philistine giant who was so powerful that he dared to fight the whole of the Jewish army.  PINTIK RA ANG ARMAS ni David niadtong panahuna, apan sa paglabay sa panahun, nautro ang hitsura:

The Israelite with their vast arsenal, is a country to watch  not only in the MIDDLE EAST< BUT ON THE ENTIRE PLANET.  And now, we have the Palestinian, the remnant of the ancient Philistines, has only peebles to throw and their RPG to scare the Southern portion of Israel.

Yes, God sis Great.  He is true to his Words.  Molabay man aNG DAGHAN UG TAAS NGA KALIWATAN, APAN SA GIHAPON KANUNAY GAYUD NGA MAGPABILIN ANG IYANG MGA PULONG.

THANKS, lORENZO, YOU ARE GREAT.  i HOPE TO SHARE SOME OF YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT THE MODERN DAY MESSAGE OF GOD.  i HOPE TO HEAR YOU SOON.

Did not David, who was then a mere Sheppard, take down the great Philistine Giant, Goliath?

Did not all of Israel defeat the Greeks when they tried to invade Judea?

Because God has willed it and has said it time and time again that All Israel is His people. Out of all the tribes and nations of the world, he selected Israel and delivered them time and time again from perdition.

In exodus, it is detailed to us how He set them free from the bondage of Egypt. After his judgement was made known to them. And when Pharaoh's hardened heart tried to race towards all Israel, did not The Lord God swallow all of Pharaoh's charriots? None let alive. All of the Entire Egyptian Army was leveled.

Israel of the present--in 1947, as well as in the 1967 War was cornered in all sides against the Arab nations, who cursed the existence of Israel. 7 nations against Israel. The armies, air forces, navies of Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Yemen--all of them against the small nation of Israel. Composed of survivors of the Holocaust.

All 7 arab nations were defeated, decisively in battle. 7 against 1. And the 1 defeated all 7.

Was it luck? Was it coincidence?

Nay, I tell you, it was the Will of God.

Would God The Almighty forsake HIS own people? To which HIS only begotten Son was among--and born of?

Again,

"The Lord has said to Abram, 'Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you and whoever curses you I will curse; and all the peoples on earth will be blessed through you."
-Genesis 12: 1-3

My friend, no nation has defeated Israel. Israel cannot be defeated. Israel Is Uncoquorable. Israel is OF GOD.

The Romans destroyed Juraselem and burned the city in AD 75. They scattered the seed of Judea. And in AD 135-145, The Romans made an effort to annihilate the Jewish People and changed the name of Judea to Palestine.

Yet, they did not succeed.

Exactly 1800 years after the Jewish people were forced form Judea, they returned  to their ancestral land. The land that was theirs since the days of Abraham. Since the days of Jacob. Of Isaac. Of David. Of Solomon. Since the days of Jesus.  :)
(after all, our savior was a Jew)

Israel survived the pestilence of persecution for over 2000 years. Survived the Spanish Inquisition, survived the 100 years war, survived the Protestant-Catholic Wars (to which they were victims), survived Hitler's Holocaust (to which over 12 Million Jews were murdered)

And yet, here they are, back in ISRAEL. The land of their forebears.

We are Told in Jeremiah 31

This is what the LORD says:

       "The people who survive the sword
       will find favor in the desert;
       I will come to give rest to Israel."

 3 The LORD appeared to us in the past,  saying:
       "I have loved you with an everlasting love;
       I have drawn you with loving-kindness.

 4 I will build you up again
       and you will be rebuilt, O Virgin Israel.
       Again you will take up your tambourines
       and go out to dance with the joyful.

 5 Again you will plant vineyards
       on the hills of Samaria;
       the farmers will plant them
       and enjoy their fruit.

 6 There will be a day when watchmen cry out
       on the hills of Ephraim,
       'Come, let us go up to Zion,
       to the LORD our God.' "

 7 This is what the LORD says:
       "Sing with joy for Jacob;
       shout for the foremost of the nations.
       Make your praises heard, and say,
       'O LORD, save your people,
       the remnant of Israel.'

 8 See, I will bring them from the land of the north
       and gather them from the ends of the earth.
       Among them will be the blind and the lame,
       expectant mothers and women in labor;
       a great throng will return.

 9 They will come with weeping;
       they will pray as I bring them back.
       I will lead them beside streams of water
       on a level path where they will not stumble,
       because I am Israel's father,
       and Ephraim is my firstborn son.

 10 "Hear the word of the LORD, O nations;
       proclaim it in distant coastlands:
       'He who scattered Israel will gather them
       and will watch over his flock like a shepherd.'

 11 For the LORD will ransom Jacob
       and redeem them from the hand of those stronger than they.

 12 They will come and shout for joy on the heights of Zion;
       they will rejoice in the bounty of the LORD—
       the grain, the new wine and the oil,
       the young of the flocks and herds.
       They will be like a well-watered garden,
       and they will sorrow no more.

 13 Then maidens will dance and be glad,
       young men and old as well.
       I will turn their mourning into gladness;
       I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow.

 14 I will satisfy the priests with abundance,
       and my people will be filled with my bounty,"
       declares the LORD.

GOD Bless All of Israel!

The Lord refers Himself as the Father of Israel,
"I will lead them beside streams of water
       on a level path where they will not stumble,
       because I am Israel's father" (Jeremiah 31: 9)

Time and time again He refers to them as HIS people.

My friend,

It is good to read scripture word for word and to keep the message of God in our hearts. Because His word is true. It is meat and marrow bone to us. Give thanks to God always, and only to God.

To God Be All Glory and Praise. For unending generations.

God Bless, You!
