A cager of the Philippine Basketball Association is now facing charges in court for allegedly pouncing on an irate fan during a basketball game in 2009.
Burger King player Wynne Arboleda was indicted for slight physical injuries while his teammate Mark Yee was cleared of the raps.
The case stemmed from a fan's complaint, Alain Katigbac, who alleged that the two attacked him during a basketball game last year.
Katigbac alleged that Arboleda and Yee attacked him during a PBA game between the Smart Gilas and Burger King teams after the complainant joined in booing Arboleda over his fouls against the Smart Gilas team players.
