97 % of Court Judges all over the world are men, i think this figure is enough to conclude that men are more responsive and precise when it comes to decission making.

either that, or this is still a chauvinist world, which i doubt.

first, i don't think there was a test for judges in terms of their responsiveness (psychological?  neurological?) for them to qualify as judges.  and heaven help if they underwent a test for precision (needlework?  hammer-on-nails?).

but if we go by this logic of incidental numbers, can we also conclude that a jeepney is better than a mercedes car because there are more jeepneys on the road than mercedeses? 

we can always say that there are more male judges than female judges because more men chose to pursue law studies that enabled them to choose to become judges.
