What Is Your Work Out Schedule.

So I recently enrolled at a powerhouse gym here in Bloomfield, NJ.
Apart from working in the hospital and reviewing, I have become an avid work out fanatic.

I have a regular cardio/weight training routine. For those who work out, what is your work out routine?
How is it going for you? What is your work out goal?

My Workout routine:

1. 30 minute cardio (Spin Class)
2. 20 minutes upper body weight training
3. 20 minute lower body weight training
4. 15 minute cool down cardio.
