My personal kryptonite is probably my religiosity in work ethic, my overbearing nature when it comes to studies, which reflects to others a rather strict regimen and can be translated by another person as being 'too serious' at times.

I have a tendency to brush people aside when academics and studies are in my priority list.

Though I do not mean to offend anyone outright, sometimes, it can be translated that way as first impression. I've been told by my students, that I'm 'harder' in grading than the professor, I currently function as a Teacher's Assistant/ Lab Instructor for Molecular Biology Lab. And I will admit, I am extremely strict when it comes to grading, lab protocol (I will fail a student if he/she shows total disrespect for protocol vis-a-vis gum chewing in acids/bases tables, excessive talking in lab, cheating etc.)

I dont think so thats a weakness man.. I would say thats one of your strengths.. YOU KNOW YOUR PRIORITIES and thats a good thing..

Since we are in this thread - personal kryptonite, I have lots of it but one fitting for our situation in the family right now is that I just don't mourn for myself but I also mourn for the mournings of my family. I wish I can shield them from mourning the loss of a dear member of our family. I guess that's impossible. When my Uncle was brought back yesterday from Funeraria Gomez in a casket to lie in state in our small living room, I wish my Mom couldn't see it so she wouldn't feel the pain. But thanks God, Mom was just ok though her BP shoot up. She is gonna be fine. There were lots of people, family and friends to comfort her too. I was watching them thru webcam.

my personal kryptonite is how well i can hide my feelings to the extent nga ma-shock na lang ang tanan nga naa diay ko problema.. sometimes, its nice to share your feelings to other people but i don't .. i just dont have the habit of being emotional especially when it comes to problems coz i dont want to be annoying.
