US military global warming weather warfare?

It is evident weather warfare does constitute an instrument of the Air Force, they even identify the scenarios of its use." He said his interest in the topic was sparked by the fact that it is possible to change climate and disrupt electricity over large areas of the Earth, effectively destabilizing portions of the globe and paralysing national economies. This can be done without the enemy even knowing the source of it.
