There was a time na all I eat was pasta, pasta, and pasta. There was a time when I go to this Italian resto in Quezon City everyday just to eat Puttanesca and Seafood Pesto for lunch and dinner. Burot gyud ko. From a 23 1/2-inch waistline to 29 inches in a few months.... Waaaaaaaaaaaa!

Almost the same sa pag inun-on ni Angie na instead of water, sprite and vinegar ang ibutang tapos with lots of garlic and corn pepper,carrots and with olive oil, salt dayon i pressure cook. I usually add bay leaves and after na kon imong i formal ug botelya, butangan nako'g pickled cucumber. Pwede pod butangan ug tomato sauce kay di ba naa man sardinas na tomato based.

Donskie, butangan gihapon vinegar for a little acidity to counter the sweetness sa sprite or 7 up. ang tomato sauce, optional man na. when you buy sardines, regularly duha na ka klase: kanang with tomato sauce or kanang olive oil based lang jud. when I make sardines, ako man gud i proper ug bottle ako sya'ng i process like i do when I am making jams. And if dili nko i process, I will store them in the ref and just warm them up when i am ready to eat. As to the carrots, optional pod na. Tan awa nang ubang sardinas sa Victoria, naa na sila'y carrots para lang pod pang ek ek para naay color aside from the nutrients that you can get from the carrots. Sa side sa bottle imong makita ang carrots, pickled cucumber and bay leaves with corn pepper. but then again, you can make your own sardines. however you want your sardines to be. i just shared here how i do things. lahi gani to pagbuhat pod sa akong lola ug lahi pod ako.

Belle, first mangita jud ko'g lusong then I think dili na dayon mag ask sa Pinoy store in our area to sell us hilaw na saging. Grabeh na akong huna-huna na since walay freshly grated buko danhi pero naay frozen butong, ako na lang i bukhayo gamay para man lami jud. bantay lang jud makakita ko'g lusong basta buhat jud ko'g nilusak!
