Isles, mo inom na ka'g Omega 3,6 Fatty Acids? They sell them on the pharmacy, you should take them twice a day. One after breakfast, and one after dinner. The Omega 3,6 Fatty Acid is now proven for its Cardiovascular Protective Ability.

It will raise your HDL (high density lipoporitein) and can help reduce the LDL (low density lipoprotein); LDL are what we call the bad cholesterol and HDL is the good cholesterol.

Okey ra man mo kaon og isda, just watch your cholesterol levels. Mo take na kag' statin or niacin drugs, Isles? If di pa, ask your MD about Atorvastatin, and Niacine. Maka lower na sa imong LDL and can raise HDL and also lower Triglycerides.

Pero og gusto ka mo lower imong TRIGS, green leafy vegetables can do it, too.

;)
