this sentence from the Reverend Martin Luther King, I have a dream truly stirs my mind. My dream is that labor unions be tolerated in Pinas without fearing to lose one´s life. Labor Union has bettered the life of humble workers here in Germany.

i agree with you on this. in the UK, Labour is a major political party made up in part of the unions. can there be a counterpart in the Philippines for an Alan Johnson, recently former Home Secretary who was a former postman who later become a union leader then an MP? he was not schooled in the best universities, not having finished a degree i think.
my dream? no more vote buying during elections. simple but a strong statement towards achieving real democracy in our country.
another dream. when i retire in the philippines, i hope to be of service to my province by sharing my professional experience as a volunteer consultant of NGOs and local governments.
