I rarely get angry in public. There's no use in gnashing teeth and producing drama. If a friend gets me angry, I confront that person in private and we talk about it. Talk about it over coffee, laugh, and make up.

Theres no need to be physical, no need to exchange negative and condemning words.

People that do that, or 'friends' that have the tenacity to usher really condemning words to a friend, is really not a friend.

For me, if people are constantly negative, being around them will only affect you and your outlook on things, and mannerisms. It affects those who are very sensitive and have low confidence.

My advice is to 'cut off' that kind of person.

There are more friends to be found in God's green Earth. That won't condemn and hurt people's hearts.

Advice na from me.
