Nothing else? , without pursuing something in order to share your blessing to our fellow less fortunate relatives, such as creating a small business in our homeland to provide jobs to the jobless.

Yes, not really.  It depends if the job you have makes you feel successful and that you and your family are happy and peaceful.  One can have a job and still feel miserable.

Others said like that, usually i heard from lot of people that they are satisfied yet once having job and family.

but for me, we are the same answer not really 'coz as for me once i have good income and good family i still striving para sa uban nga mga kaisoonan o uban tao.

Knowing of where I'm going to spend eternity,
that is as a saved by grace Christian,
practicing of what I believe and have that
blessed assurance that the Lord  has forgiven me
and someday I will be with the Lord in heaven
walking in the streets of gold,
     a mansion prepared  for me
no sorrows, no pain, what a glorious place to be,
This  is what I consider as my
     ultimate success in my life.
The success in my profession,  a job, my family and
all the provisions that the Lord has given me
are just part of His blessings in which I'm so
    grateful for it.

John 14:2 KJV , the Lord Jesus Christ said,
    "In my Father's house are many mansions;
if it were not so, I would have told you,
I go to prepare a place for you."
