What is your preferred diet? I mean, not how you want it to be, but how it is now. Please answer truthfully. I need your answers for my thesis.  ;)

I eat less meat, I try 150 grams for my daily consumption. This could be a slice salami, or some chunks of bacon in my lentils. Gisado gulay may gamay nga smoked meat. sometimes to satiate my hunger, I could eat a small portion of rice with ripe banana.
If I want  a good portion of meat, most likely 200 gram spare ribs, grilled, which is once in a blue-moon.
I maintain my weight 53-54 kilos.
I hope my infos did helped you Doy.

Thanks, Ms. Hof. Your diet has obviously contributed to your maintained weight.

hubs, i tried checking the documentary film about a group of students from Uni Freiburg, who imitated the life of the early gladiators. It was amazing to learn that ate only simple foods like oats everyday, no meat. After 4 weeks they underwent  some medicla check-ups and they were fit and in good health.

I have read that reaching the age of 30, we have stopped growing so we should eat less. The japanese showed that eating only 80% of a normal meal is healthful and promotes longevity.
We are overeating, no wonder our illness is mostly hypertension and diabetes.
