Unsay maayo buhaton kung ang imong sweldo gikan sa November 2010 taman January 15, 2011 wala girelease, kay ang katarungan sa kompanya wala silay kwarta.....unya pag resign nimo wala ka gitugutan kay 2 days notice ra. Matabang pa ba diay nga modugay ka ug trabaho nga wala man ang employer ga sweldo sweldo nimo? Naa ba sila hold ana kung mo resign ka kay namatay na imong pamilya kay wala ka sweldohi? Unsaon pag claim sa sweldo sa November taman sa Enero kung nihawa na jud ka?

Palihug daw mo tabang ani nga problema...

Ang office nga makatabang nimo mao ang Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). Adtua ang ilang opisina sa Tagbilaran. They will guide you what to do (step-by-step).

kana kay imong gitrabahoan, makuha gud na. Kinahanglan ang bugnaw nga approach sa imong employer aron magkasinabtanay kong ngano na-delay ang sweldo. Dili kinahanglan mag Labor ka diretso kay abe nimo gamay ra kaayo ng kantidad basin kong mag sumbong ka sa Dept. Of Labor adto lang mahurot ng kwartaha ug pamasahe ug gastos sa requirements nga gikinahanglan sa Dole para makapasaka ug reclamo ngadto sa imong previous employer kay resigned ka naman kaha.

I think there is a lawyer association who offer their services free for marginalized workers, you must have one in Cebu. Mike palihog mas nasayod ka sa inani nga grupo, right?
