The Wind River Reservation in Wyoming is the home to over 8000 Native Americans and now the tribe is sharing the land with nearly a dozen oil and gas fields. For the Native Americans, the waste water from the natural resource companies has become a vital component in providing drinking water for livestock and the EPA has allowed the practice until now, but should this be allowed to continue?
