Take a piece of paper, write down your goals, make them clear and specific, then go out and take your best swing at them. Have no mercy. Take no prisoners. Never surrender. Adapt and overcome and yes, if at the end of next year you realize you didn't make it, at least you can say you went out trying. There is always the next year, and guess what? You can always revert to that old and trusted dictate: if at first you don't succeed, try, try again.
