Parexel International (PRXL) is holding near a four-year high in the Stock Market Today and is in buying range from a flat base. The stock's pattern didn't have the rectangular, boxy look of a flat base. But it was five weeks in length and corrected just over 14%, thus meeting the criteria for a flat base.
