Operations at the Cebu Province Registry of Deeds have been paralyzed since ‘Odette’ up to now due to the loss of connectivity to Globe. The backlog as of the beginning of this year already is beyond 1,200. I can surmise the same for the Cebu City Registry of Deeds since they are in the same building.
Globe, please get your acts together. More than a month of waiting for a crucial government office should merit your utmost priority. (FB post from Sir Mark Cusi)
