CalPERS Releases Cost Analysis of Pension Reform Legislation

The California Public Employees' Retirement System today released an Actuarial Cost Analysis of the proposed Public Employee Pension Reform Act (PEPRA) of 2013. If enacted, CalPERS estimates the proposed legislation will save between $42 billion and $55 billion over 30 years for CalPERS administered pension plans.
