Start small, hit big, Relampagos calls

Gov. Rene Relampagos is backing the small efforts that will set the momentum of a better Bohol in the future.
The pioneering move in this kind of intervention seen to effect significant changes in the conditions of Boholano constituents, the Relampagos administration is looking into the basic moves to empower the small organization of people and the livelihood efforts that are giving impact and right away benefiting the poor.
In an inauguration of the farmers association bodega and nursery last January 5 in Poblacion, Panglao, the governor with Vice Gov. Edgar Chatto, Board members Mascarinas and Lungay and municipal officials, bared his elation on the organization of Panglao farmers. In fact, the governor dared the officials present to follow as he promised P20T for the improvement of the new facility.
