ZAMBOANGA CITY, Oct. 3, 2003 (PNA) -- Military and police authorities have alerted owners of all shipping lines doing business in the city to take all necessary precaution to prevent any terror attacks on their vessels. Southern Command Chief Lt. Gen. Roy Kyamco issued this warning in a meeting with owners and officials of the 20 shipping companies doing business in Zamboanga and other ports of call in the region.
