Military denies spying on Davao militant groups

DAVAO CITY, Oct. 2, 2003 (PNA) --The chief of the 5th Civil Relations Group for Southeastern Mindanao, Lt. Col. Agane Adriatico has backtracked on his earlier claim that the military has been spying on members of militant groups. Adriatico said that he was only misinterpreted and misquoted during a press conference last week.
