Big homecoming awaits Milpitas city mayor in Dagupan
DAGUPAN CITY, Oct. 2, 2003 (PNA)--Mayor Jose Esteves of Milpitas City in California, USA, who is a true-blue DagupeÑo, will be a special guest of the city when Dagupan celebrates its month-long fiesta in December. This was revealed by Councilor Michael Fernandez, who was appointed by Mayor Benjamin Lim as "hermano mayor" for the coming fiesta.
