GMA not ready to name Vice-president

CEBU CITY.- President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo declared here yesterday that she may not yet announce her choice for the vice presidency during the current session of Congress which adjourns on Feb. 9.
In a news conference upon her arrival here yesterday morning, the President said she is not yet ready to announce her choice as she still continues to pray for guidance and enlightenment. She said she needs more time to decide because the personalities endorsed by various sectors are highly qualified.
Pres. Arroyo’s first visit here since here assumption as to the presidency after the ouster of former president Joseph Estrada last month was warmly welcomed by Cebuanos.
