Downtown are gets boost from building owners

CEBU CITY, Oct. 3, 2003 (PNA)- Despite the city government's lack of interest to spearhead the program, advocates believe the revitalization of the downtown area of Cebu City could still move ahead now that the private sector is willing to take the first step. Two Dutch architecture graduates who did research on the historic downtown area found that many real estate owners there support the revitalization project.
