Who is familiar with Gala-gala?

Magsayaw-sayaw atubangan sa kapilya. I haven't seen this practice lately. Is Gala-gala in the barrio gone forever?

ang gala-gala kay utang-utang man na di ba. unja bahinun ang kita before mag fiesta para nay ikapalit ug baboy/panakot.

gala gala sa mo is mosayaw ka atubangan sa santos labina og pista.ang paluwagan is ripa.

ang ripa, nay raffle. kung ang ngalan mahulbotan makuyogan ug mais nga pola sa pikas nga tambyolo, maoy tagaan sa kwarta.

ang gala maoy nay utang, nay interest.

ang gala maoy nay utang, nay interest.

sakto ka bay sa imong giingon pero ang tawag sa amo gud kay gala ra man gihapon. kana bitaw mga nanay nga maghubot-hubot ug mais nga naay puwa dili gani itom.

ang ahong mama kay niakip man ani sauna. basta maggala na kay tanang bata tua pud didto kay inig kahuman magsnack man ug pan ug coke.

ang pan nga hugaw ituslo sa coke aron malimpiyo. ;D

gala-gala kay sayaw-sayaw nah cya sa amoa pud..kanang sayaw sayaw nga wlay disco lights ba normal lng ang lights with matching tukar na makaikid sa mga tiguwang eheheh..pro sa pagkakaron murag wla nani kaU nauso..bayle na ang gipasiugda sa mga batan-on krn labina padung pista aron daw makatigom og funds pra sa kalihokan sa pista sa barrio nga nagpasiugda..

I attended a fiesta in Loboc a couple of years ago, homan sa misa, dihay mga nag deboto atobangan sa mahal nga Birhen unya lagotob ang dili sonata apan morag bonggo ambot unsay tawag sa ato, ni-apil ko ug sayaw pasalamat sa Birhen, it was a great feeling. this kind of tradition must be perpetuated.
