eat right (3 meals a day, one cup rice each for lunch and dinner), no cold drinks, no snacks, no to too much sweet.. thats how i lost my weight

I gained almost 50 lbs. when I was pregnant. I still have 20 lbs. to shed.

i lost 10 kilos in the 1st 8 months but i later gain 7 and still counting towards december. ;D
what an effort for me.  :(
