Westeners: talk to the point; Linear (direct associations)
Asians: Spiral (roundabout and subtle); Talk around the circle, especially if opinions are different

West: Individualistic, independent, values freedom; individualism, think of himself or herself.
East: Group orientated, values harmony and stability; enjoy gathering with family and friends, solving their problems, and know each other's business.
