O man, that stuff is good. Very healthy pood raba ning crawfish. Just steamed cook--good source of protein and high in calcium! good for the heart and good for the connective tissue.

Naa pamaagi mga cajuns and creoles unsaon pagkaon sa takla... take the first 2 scales, then suck the rest of the meat. Period. Pero akong mga bisita gi-Binol-anon pagkaon, supsop jud todo hasta kadtong "aligi" nga naa sa ulo hehehe. Morag kinan-an natog isda sa atoa, way pasayloon. But since sinako man deri ang takla, mao ra tong akong giingon ang simplest way to eat "dem crawfish." Ug... beer is the best paris! Coke sa dili moinom ug beer hehehe.

Reminded me of Red Lobster's admiral's special. Whenever i went to red lobster w/ friends, we'd always order that. My best friend Rob and buddies Don and Bryan would order the admiral's feast or Crab's Deluxe. hahaha

Id always enjoy watching Robbie-Boy trying to eat King Crab legs. hahaha! This guy was hilarious, hed try breaking the shell with his teeth! The heck! LOL!
Id have to ask the waitress for a shell cracker for this guy, crazy assss Robbo. haha!

In fact, if you look at the video, katunga ray among nahurot kay naa pa bayay cajun sausage, mais ug potato. Ang left over, ila gidala sa New Jersey the next day ug maoy gipakaon sa mga taga Cogon (the Tejanos) nga nibisita nila that weekend from Toronto. Did2 sila gatiwas!!!

reminds me of the bbq we had in our backyard. Kami ra among pamilya. Ning mow ko sa grass w/ my dad and ahong mga ingsoon ning water sa flowers sa graden ni mommy. And si mommy ug si inday angel ning luto ug bbq ribs, grilled chicken, isda, and corn pa jud sa bbq grill namo.

O man, even our dog was barking kai humut kaayo. Hapit nako human ning mow and naka simhot ko sa bbq, jati, na gutom jud ko adto.

Gi ingnan ra mi ni mommy, "Hoy mga anak! Ka un na, undang na! Kaon sa ta!"

Try olive oil, laurel (bay leaves), daghang ahos, sibuyas, toyoe gamay pero samot nag naay tony cachere cajun seasoning. Yummmm! Italian style ba!

Mao ni ako getudlo sa Cabawan; request lagi sila balik kung geunsa, pag birthday sa akong pag-umangkon dd2 sa Caingget dapit hehehe.

The simplest way: take off the head, take the first 2 shells sa lawas and then suck the rest of the meat. Pwede na di kuhaag ikog. Kung kuhaag ikog, kogi lang na (ikog=kogi). Aw, kung kogihan OK ra hehehe.
