I give my warm and proud congratulations to my brother, Immanuel Karlo Taganahan Bullecer, a graduate of Central Visayas State College of Agriculture, Forestry and Technology (CVSCAFT) and cousin, Francis Galvin Taganahan Lomaad, a graduate of the University of the Philippines - Los Banos, for passing the Electrical Engineer Board Examinations as of this month's (September 2009) result. Way to go you two... two additions to the Engineers of the family...

I would also like to note that my brother is also a country-wide 5th placer in the Registered Master Electrician Examinations last May of this year.

Thank you Lord for such blessings... and for each and every blessing that you have given us all. this would not have been possible without You!


I am very happy and very proud of you both. Now, I welcome you to a world of more challenges and opportunities. Your journey to success has only started. Take every chance you've got, use every skill you have, give your best and nothing else.

now they are both busy working out on their future.... my cousin applying for jobs, and my brother taking SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) courses because he aims to be able to get on board a ship and practice his profession there...

whatever path they take take, may God guid them...
