Precisely, a journal is regarded as 'the forte` of writers'. A journal is that sacred space where writers are free to record their deepest thoughts, ideas, stories and inspiration notes. For most people, keeping a personal journal may not make sense because they are scared of labels and embarrassing comments which will be permanently tagged with their names, in case someone else gets to read their private thoughts.
