Filipinos in Saudi Arabia are organizing a re-integration seminar, in response to the expected mass repatriation of OFWs due to the so called “artificial inflation†imposed by the host country, where it posed 20%-30% of unfavorable income.
There are two phases; one is organized by a Cebuano group called CISTA which will be held today, 1:00 PM at the International Philippine School of Al-Khobar (IPSA) and the next phase is a joint gathering of Filipino civic organizations, which will be held tomorrow at Dossary Hospital Grounds (a full day event).
I have not seen the official publication / agenda and just knew this through mere hearsay. However, I will try to cover this event and send updates.
I believe one of the hot topics to be discussed is concerning the current unrest in our country and the rumors of another people power.
Another TB member Mr. Jun Ayag might attend this event as he is always a proponent of proletariat's welfare. Perhaps Mr. Jun Ayag could give us some highlight.
