California, you may have heard, is an apocalyptic mess of raging wildfires, rising unemployment, mass foreclosures and political paralysis -- portrayed with headlines like "Will California become America's first failed state?" But California is not imploding, which Time.com reports ought to be heartening to anyone regardless of ideology or geography

Ambut gi unsa na nila oi! sa una pa man na nag aginod ang Cali. But still i love Cali ma purdoy man or unsa. Cali is still one of America's paradise. (Ayaw lang ang hollywood, it could never be called a paradise.)

I was just thinking of getting a small hut in northern Cali ug mo retire na si banana para pang winter.

It amounts to billions of dollars in deficit
 too many illegal immigrants at the expense
 of the  taxpayers then lately there's
 a plan to release many prisoners because
 of lack of funds,  samot nang k******n ug
 sigi sa ilang buhat. Scary.

Fiscally, California has failed strategic policy.
It spends more than it makes. As said by Statesville, the state of California, which runs on 'enlightened' Liberal Policy, is an example of a Welfare State.

Deficit upon deficit.

No. The future of America is not in California, but is on Southern States as well as the Midwestern States.
Too many illegal immigrants in California, millions upon millions of undocumented Mexican Immigrants. California is also the border state to a large drug-influx problem that crosses the border with Mexico. Deficit state.

We need more conservative fiscal policies. Social policies excluded.
