Miabot na man ta'g sisi ani, oy. Nagsugod ta'g balibanog (soursop). Diha pa to'y gi-mention si Raqz Proud Boholana nga pangpurga sa bitok. Mao ni naka interesting dinhi kay mag-abtanay ang mga hisgutanan, ma sisi man o ma bitok.

I admire Raquel for remembering things which our folks uses as home rememdy like Guyabano , pang porga, aron mawala ang mga bitok labina sa gamay pa ko.

Kadaghan lagi diay aning Guyabano or karnaba ug uses. Magplantation ko ani puhon kay murag bright ang future ani nga prutas pang chemo,pang purga ug bitok,labad sa ulo,tambal sa piang ug uban pa.

ang tambal sa bitok sab kay ang ipil-ipil. cge mig kaon ana sa una morag snaks namo...kanang green pa gani iya bunga morag flat nga beans. hehehe epektib mn guro to  8)
