Caveat: the enclosed pictures speak a thousand words. Avoid buying all processed food packaged in China . Anything goes! We just don't know what else is in those packages. Unlike in the U.S. , China does not have laws regulating food processing.

On that note: also avoid using disposable chopsticks in the restaurant. Apparently they have been bleached to look white! We certainly don't need bleach in our body.

Basically do not buy any processed food from China and sometimes Hong Kong too. Some companies are using Hong Kong address to avoid this type of image reputation.

Early dawn, starts the day by riding around to collect dead chicken

My husband ordered a barbeque chicken yesterday for lunch. I enjoyed eating it....magpuasa napod ko ini for a period of time after seeing these posted photos

I dont think this has something to do with racism...

it is just an information of whats happening to some of the foods we're eating now adays...

we should be grateful this is circulated otherwise we would never know what we're eating...

it only happened that they got caught...

in fact, in the news recently, thousands of pounds of beef has been recalled from out markets here in the US because it was discovered that some very ill cows were slaughtered and distributed from one of the biggest beef distributors in California...(not China) that was no race...

US people, have you seen that news? if not where were you???

I have seen the news on tv and in the internet, Maring! Good thing I hardly eat beef. I think this is the same story I saw in the news where beef from Westland, California were recalled because it has been proven that the cows suffered "animal cruelty" before or while they were slaughtered. And that some of the animals were sick to stand on their own feet while going to the "death chamber" or what the slaughterhouse termed as "kill box".

Gem, tan awa lang na locally produced ang inyong meat. Not so long ago, my sister and I went to Sam's Club. She was getting a breaded halibut. When I read the package, it says their or to this effect: caught in US ocean and packaged in China. She put back the box!

most meat produce at SAM's and WALMART (sister company) comes from China,

ang you know why, para maka barato ang mass consumer's,

I heard from Ginger that they have no Walmart in Scandinavia,

so meaning layo2x ra sila sa mga mass buying like we US people do...

i dont buy meat and other produce in big markets...

we have our own local butchers here in town so adto ko mo palit ug meat...

and my chicckens i bought from the Amish farmers...

you know why i want to know people about this, kay i want mother's or whoever is assigned in marketing in the household, to spend some time knowing what you're about to feed your family.

way kumo tong mga nag kaun ug isda paresan ug utan kamunggay kay lajo ra sa mga mad cow disease...pero mao ra gihapon kay naa sad buwad which can cause ... you know what...

so just be careful guys!

Wala man pod hinuon na reported case of mad cow disease kaso lang na alarm lang mga tawo dre due to the "inhumane treatment" of the cows unja diha pa jud video nakuha sa uncercover sa Animal Society. Mao na dayon!
