Well, you already mentioned that's really difficult for the people who were born and raise there to just move which you're right it's not easy. Especially those who have farms and makes lots of money from it. They just have to live day by day and whenever something like this happens, I guess they just have to deal with it and of course by the help of the government assistance, they can always rebuild. And if terrible happen again they will keep rebuilding. The last time I watched CNN around noon the Speaker of the White House said, the President didn't pronounce them state of emergency yet, I hope by this hour, he did already.
My point is, whenever I know that my place is always predicted with natural calamities, I just have to deal with it and find a place to live that is better and comfortable for the whole family. Having said that, it's always good to sacrifice a little in order to survive and then we go from there.
Just like what happen to Katrina calamaties, most of the people from there moved. And now some of them went back and starting to rebuild.
The bottom line is it's a matter of choice.
