Not at all times. Some of them are connected with bogus employment agencies.

The best resource is a referral from a trusted friend or relative.

Right! Akong friend sa una, sa POEA nag apply. Secretary daw siya sa dubai pero pag abot niya didto, gihimo siyang driver sa princessa...
