Life is full of rivaliries and competitions even within the family. The more you feel this atmosphere of competition outside, more particularly within the company or establishment that you wanted to be successful businesswise. Companies or business entities also compete with each other in many aspects, i.e. in terms of product packaging, projections (image quality), people (employees skills), and productivity (timely delivery of products), putting aside financial resources. However, the bottom line of this competetion depends upon manpower resources of the company from the senior officers down to the lowest ranking employee of the organizational set up. In other words, when you are employed by a company, it's growth really depends on you. But this does not necessarily mean that you grow with the company where you are working. Why? This is simply because of workforce competition. Employees also compete with each other in terms of their skills and job perfromance. So what are you suppose to do should you be under tight competition to get promoted?
In this survey, select the best choice possible and help guide others to excell in their jobs. Post as many comments you have to explain your case. Thank you!
