antenna man ni ila gitaud,Mike. first jud namo gigamit was globe; in a month,nibalhin dayon mi sa smart kay mas daghan pang off sa globe kaysa on. with smartbro,ok ra.if naay prob at times,tawagan lang nako ila hotline,padal-an dayon kag technician.

I'm using the USB Smartbro, Min, and it's a joke, useless. Total crap. I changed locations. This time diri sa Davao duol na sa Smart tower. Same result. The connection stops every six minutes. I have to unplug the USB and restart the SmartBro connection. It's annoying doing this thing over and over again every 6 minutes.

SmartBro sucks big time. Beware people.

Come to think of that, way back in the early 2nd half of the years 2000-2010, my Smart Bro used to be fast in doing it's best but then it became slow later on. It wasn't until today that my SB speed increased to the point of watching Youtube and Nico Nico Douga videos in lesser video hiccups while Dload speed is back on track na 38-65 kbps (or even to a 120 kbps in some occasions, especially the torrent downloads)

no comments kay 1 year gamit mi smart bro nahuman na lang contract wala signal.renew mao lang gihapon. tinood anha dayon ang technician pero igo ra man tan aw. depende siguro sa location kay gamit sa balay karon globe tatto na wala man problema. mao depende siguro sa location./

It'd be nicer if Smartcares would provide us a working email address of Smart's customer care service. Correspondence through email is more logical in solving issues.
