Peggy Hill, 62, was arrested by Sgt. Randy Lamb in Manatee County after she kissed him against his will.


After consuming three glasses of wine, the Florida woman got a little frisky. “She approached him and kissed him on his nose. He stepped away from her, wiped off the saliva from his nose, attempted to take her into custody, and she started to struggle with him,” stated the officer’s written report.

Sgt. Lamb jailed and charged Hill with felony battery of a law enforcement officer. This all occurred after Hill and one of her neighbors got into an argument. The unfortunate woman is still in custody for the asking price of $5,000, the cost of her bond.
